1956 Ford F-100 with a Supercharged Coyote
Fat Fender Garage built this amazing 1956 Ford F-100 at their company in Arizona. The creation called “Merlow” won Truck of the Year at the 2024 F100 Supernationals.
In the engine bay sits a 5.0 L Coyote V8 topped by a Whipple 3.0 L supercharger. The combo produces 750 hp (551 kW) through a six-speed automatic transmission and 9-inch rear end.
The truck’s foundation is a Porterbuilt Fabrication chassis with a 4-link rear suspension. Each corner has an adjustable coilover, Wilwood disc brake, and AG wheel.
Fat Fender Garage spent a lot of time making the body laser straight, widening the rear arches three inches, and custom rear diffuser. Everything is covered in wine color paint with Cerakote teated trim. Other touches include carbon fiber side mirrors, billet door handles, and wood panel bed.
On the inside Fat Fender Garage added a set of Mustang seats on each side of a custom center console. In front are Dakota Digital gauges, Audi AC vents, and leather-wrapped Sparc steering wheel.
