Published in engineswapdepot.com

This 1964 Chevrolet C10 is built by Ambition Road in Troutman, North Carolina and Level 7 Motorsports in Marion, Illinois. Their combined effort resulted in a truck that can handle the street and track.

It is powered by a 6.2 L LS3 V8 featuring a custom ground camshaft, PMC ported heads, and Holley 302-2 oil pan. The motor produces 490 hp to the wheels supplied by plenty of fuel from a Radium external surge tank with a 340 lph pump and NLE aluminum tank with a 340 lph pump.

Behind the motor is a T56 Magnum six-speed manual transmission. From there power is transferred to a 9-inch semi-floating rear end. It features an Eaton Truetrac limited-slip differential and 3.89 gears.

The truck sits on a No Limit Engineering Pro-Tech chassis with raised rails and drop spindles. On that went an upgraded Flaming River steering rack and Kore3 Corvette disc brakes. Those are covered by Boze 18×12-inch wheels with 335/30 tires.

The interior keeps the heat and noise out thanks to an application of Lizard skin and Kilmat covered by black carpet. On top of that is a Sparco driver seat and TMI passenger seat, both with Scroth harnesses. A modified dash holds TMI gauges, Restomod AC system, and a tilt column with a Sparco steering wheel.
