Published in engineswapdepot.com

This Volkswagen “Pretzel Beetle” was built by Memminger in Reichertshofen, Germany. In the back they installed an air-cooled flat-four from a Porsche 356. No word on engine displacement but they installed an upgraded oil cooler and custom exhaust. The motor is paired to a rebuilt manual transaxle with different gear ratios. Behind the Porsche 356 wheels are Carrera GT disc brakes in front and Porsche 356 disc brakes in back. The interior features brown leather interior with Porsche 356 GT seats. It also has a Porsche 356 steering wheel and gauges.
