The Long Way to Churchtown

Todd and Monica Brown have spent 25 years finding small producers for 109 Cheese & Wine. On Mondays, their day off, they go looking for more in a 1970 Lancia Flavia that covered most of its 33,000 miles in Rome. This drive took them to Churchtown Dairy, where Mel of McGrath Cheese walked them through the creamery and the caves under the hill. A calf about half an hour old was waiting for them in the barn.
