3000km in an electric Land Rover Defender
In this episode we interview Tom from Vintage Volts, our partners in Sweden, to talk about his recent mammoth trip from our workshop here in Mid Wales to his workshop up in Sweden. That's a distance of over 3000km travelled in 4 days. Along the way they stopped to meet with a number of customers and suppliers so it's fair to say that the route wasn't exactly a straight route home. They also took the opportunity to test as many charge stations as possible, mainly CCS, along the way, including Ionity, Eviny, Circle K, Pod point, Tesla and even a Porsche charge station. We think the Land Rover Defender 130 is the perfect electric vehicle for the sub-zero temperatures and deep snow of Sweden in winter. Comfortable on the road and awesome off road.
