Shelby Cobra Story

Carroll Shelby had become one of the greatest race car drivers of all time culminating with his1959 victory in the 24 Hours of Le Mans. But just as reached the top his doctor told him he had to quite racing. But that didn't stop Shelby from being a part of the sport. Instead, of racing he decided to build racing cars. He combined the sleek bodies of the AC with the horsepower of a Ford V8 and created a car that would become a legend -- the Cobra.
