V8 Mazda twin turbo shakedown

Frank's previous ride was a 13B turbo rotary powered Mazda, but for this Capella he's opted for V8 power in an LS1 engine complete with twin Turbonetics turbochargers. This is Frank's first runs only on very low boost.
