Building a Twin-Turbo Lamborghini V10 for a Custom AWD Volvo 240

Peter Björck from BJP Race released an update on his mid-engine AWD Volvo project. In this update Peter is building the motor’s bottom-end. The engine build starts with a bored and honed block that is fitted with a balanced crankshaft, BC “MOAR” forged rods, and CP forged pistons. Peter shows off but does not install an amazing custom billet intake manifold by MAD Sweden with 20 injector ports. The goal is to have the project complete to run in Sweden Street Week 2026.
