This Mercedes SL-Class W113 visited Mechatronik to receive their M-SL 500 treatment. In the engine bay Mechatronik swaps a naturally aspirated 5.0 L M113 V8 producing 306 hp (225 kW) and 460 Nm (339 lb-ft) of torque. They pair the V8 with a NAG1 five-speed automatic transmission and Mechatronik’s limited-slip differential. Mechatronik improves the appearance and handling with a 20 mm lowered suspension and W126 two-piston calipers with 286 mm rotors in front and rebuilt W113 brakes in rear. They cover those with a set of Baroque 15×7-inch wheels with color-matched covers and 205/65 tires.
