1971 Range Rover with an Aston Martin V12

Chris Bishop and his company Bishops 4×4 spent two years creating a unique 1971 Range Rover to showcase their abilities. In the engine bay they swapped a 5.9 L V12 from an Aston Martin DB7 V12 Vantage capable of 420 hp and 400 lb-ft of torque. The motor features a redesigned accessory drive system, custom stainless steel exhaust, and two ECUs. Behind the V12 is a Land Rover Defender 2 ZF four-speed transmission and LT230 transfer case. Power is split between Defender-spec axles. Bishops 4×4 modified and reinforced the chassis and installed upgraded springs and Bilstein shocks. They also improved braking thanks to AP Racing six-piston calipers and 362 mm vented rotors. Those are covered by a 18-inch wheels with Toyo Proxes 285/65 tires. The Range Rover will seek a new owner on May 8th by Iconic Auctioneers at Sywell Aerodrome in Northamptonshire, Sywell, UK.
