MGarage Motorsport was tasked with rebuilding this BMW E30 into a DTM-inspired race car. The company started by replacing the rusted steel with new metal. Everything was covered in a thick coat of epoxy paint and the exterior received a M3 widebody with a Warsteiner DTM livery. Inside the engine bay MGarage Motorsport installed a turbocharged 3.0 L M50B30 inline-six and custom stainless steel exhaust. A PMC Motorsport adapter bolts the engine to a ZF 8HP70 eight-speed automatic transmission. The transmission is controlled by a Turbo Lamik TCU. MGarge Motorsport improved handling with adjustable coilovers and four-piston brakes with drilled rotors front and back.
