BMW E30 with a Twin-turbo M60
Max Marshall originally built this BMW E30 for the British Drift Championship but it has sat in the corner ever since the 2012 season. Max knew it had a lot of potential and started a massive rebuild in 2014. Recently some engine bay photos have been making the rounds which received a lot of attention and rightfully so. Max has used every single possible cubic inch the engine bay could give to fit a 600 horsepower 4.0 L M60E40 V8, two Garrett turbochargers and required components between the front wheels. The most recent upgrade to the project was a Quaife sequential transmission. Max did a great job on the project and is so nice I almost don’t want to see it race.
