Ford Festiva with a 1.6L EcoBoost Update

1988 Ford Festiva with a Turbo 1.6L Ecoboost inline-four

Stephen provided an update on his 1988 Ford Festiva project. In our previous article we shared the Festiva is powered by a turbocharged 1.6 L EcoBoost inline-four and manual transmission from a Ford Fiesta ST. Since then Stephen started the second phase of the project. To better handle the 300+ hp Stephen upgraded the factory rear brakes to Fiesta ST disc brakes. Then the Festiva visited Dylan Fox at Lower Morals Garage for a custom six-point roll cage, front crash bar, and strut braces. Stephen also purchased a JEM-Sport swap wiring harness to get the most from the EcoBoost.
