PGM V8 Motorcycle with a 334 HP 2.0 L V8

The PGM V8 is a motorcycle being developed and built in Australia. The motorcycle is powered by a 1996 cc 90 degree V8 made from two Yamaha R1 engines. The engine features a custom aluminum crankcase, flat-plane crankshaft, eight 45 mm Mikuni drive-by-wire throttle bodies and is controlled by a Motec M130 ECU. The engine produces 334 horsepower at 12,800 rpm and 214 Nm (157 ft-lb) at 9,500 rpm measured at the countershaft sprocket. The manufacturer says the engine combined with the custom titanium exhaust produces a sound similar to 1970’s F1 V8 engines. The bike is estimated to cost around $180,000 when it begins to take orders.

A longer video will be released in a couple weeks and we will update the article when it comes out.
