Leo Leonard's Valiant Charger R/T E38

Published in Video

This wild piece of Aussie muscle car history is a 1971 Valiant Charger R/T E38, and it was created by Chrysler Australia specifically to go racing; the target was the annual 500 mile endurance race at Bathurst. However, three E38 Chargers were ordered by Todd Motors, the New Zealand Chrysler agent, for the new Castrol GTX production car racing series. And this car was supplied to production racing legend Leo Leonard. And it was a game-changer!
