1975 Ford F-250 with a 7.3 L Power Stroke V8 and F-350 Chassis

Published in engineswapdepot.com

Mintonyes Conversions built this 1975 Ford F-250 which was sold to Hodson Motors for a sweepstakes. The truck features a single cab with a 1976 grill and long bed still in factory paint. Under that is a 1997 Ford F-350 chassis. Power is generated by a turbocharged 7.3 L Power Stroke diesel V8. The motor uses CFS Super Duty intercooler, Full Force 160/30 injectors, CNC Fabrication Stage 1 HPOP pump, Air Dog 165 gph lift pump, and five-inch exhaust. Power is sent to all four wheels through a ZF5 five-speed manual transmission, transfer case, and Kingpin Dana 60 axles. The truck rides on Sky’s Off-road RSK suspension with stock leaf springs and Bilstein shocks. On each corner are 37-inch Milestar tires mounted on US Indy 17×10-inch wheels. It stops using WFO Concepts Duramax brakes kit. Hodson Motors modified the interior with Dakota Digital RTX gauges, Vintage Air Gen5 AC system, 15-inch steering wheel, custom headliner, and new door panels.
