1967 Chevy C10 with a 8.2L Big-Block V8
Classic Car Studio (CCS) built this 1967 Chevrolet C10 in 2020. The truck reappeared when it sold on Bring a Trailer for $175,000.
Under the classic hood sits a 502 ci (8.2L) V8 crate motor. The Gen IV big-block motor features a cast iron block with 4.47-in bore, 4.0-in stroke, 10.3:1 compression, forged steel cranks and rods, and forged aluminum pistons.
The motor produces 605 hp and 580 lb-ft of torque in stock spec. Classic Car Studio enhanced the motor with a Borla eight-stack injection system and their custom longtube headers and exhaust with electronically-controlled cutouts. Behind the V8 is a 4L85 four-speed transmission and 9-inch rear end.
CCS upgraded the truck to a No Limit Engineering chassis. It uses tubular front control arms, power steering rack, and 4-link rear suspension. Braking is handled by Wilwood six-piston front calipers and four-piston rear calipers.
The timeless body is covered in BASF Glasurit white paint and accented by custom CCS trim. CCS fabricated a custom bed floor and shaved, tucked, and narrowed the bumpers. A set of Raceline Element 20×8.5-inch front and 22×12-inch rear wheels wearing Pirelli P Zero tires complete the exterior look.
CCS covered the custom interior with red leather with charcoal carpet. A Lokar shifter is surrounded by a custom center console with a carbon fiber cover. Behind the Billet Specialties steering wheel are Dakota Digital gauges also surrounded by carbon fiber panels.
