1973 Camaro with a 900 hp Supercharged V8
This 1973 Chevrolet Camaro is powered by a supercharged 6.2 L LS3 V8 capable of 900 hp (671 kW). The motor is built with Callies Comp Star 4.00-in stroke crankshaft, Weisco forged 10.5:1 pistons, Callies Comp Star rods, custom 230/250 PD blower camshaft, and custom exhaust headers. On top are Mamo Motorsports AFR cylinder heads, 850 cc injectors, and 2.9 L Whipple supercharger. A Monster triple-disc clutch transmits power to a Tick Performance Level 4 T56 Magnum six-speed manual transmission and through an aluminum driveshaft to a Dutchman 9-inc rear end with a 3.90 ratio. The Camaro rides on a Speedtech Extreme front suspension with a quick-ratio steering rack. The rear features a Speedtech torquearm suspension. Braking is handled by Baer six-piston calipers with 14-inch rotors in front and rear. Covering those are Billet Specialties 19-inch wheels with 275/30 tires in front and 345/30 tires in rear.
