1966 Super Wagoneer with a 6.4 L Hemi V8

Published in engineswapdepot.com

Vigilante 4×4 used their skills to upgrade this rare 1966 Jeep Super Wagoneer with a modern powertrain and suspension. Under the hood sits a 6.4L Hemi V8 making 485 hp (356 kW) and 475 lb-ft (644 Nm) of torque. Behind that is a TR-6060 six-speed manual transmission and Atlas II transfer case. Power is split between a Currie Dana 44 front axle and Currie Dana 60 rear axle. Vigilante improved handling using their chassis with Fox Racing 2.0 coilovers and Baer six-piston calipers with 14-inch rotors on each corner. An Empire Blue painted body with a chain mail stripe sits on top of Vigilnate billet aluminum 17×9-inch wheels. On the inside they 3d-printed buttons for the parking brake and tailgate window. They also used 3d-printing on the center console to house the manual transmission shifter.
