BMW E90 with a Twin-Turbo LS3 V8

Published in engineswapdepot.com

Zen Low built his BMW E90 called “Mothership” for fans to experience drifting. The drift taxi is now powered by a twin-turbo LS3 V8 built by Han Bin. The motor is capable of 1,000 hp but is reduced to 530 hp (395 kW) and 650 Nm (479 lb-ft) of torque to the wheels for dependability. The motor is backed by a triple-plate clutch and Tremec six-speed manual transmission. A custom driveshaft transmits power to a BMW M3 rear end with a 2-way limited-slip differential. The sedan’s suspension features a DK Knuckle angle kit, TZO Suspensions 2-way adjustable coilovers, and Nashin six-piston front brakes and four-piston rear brakes. A custom livery by Aylezo Lab covers a custom widebody by JWIDE Bodykits accented by a set of KETH wheels.
