
1943 Power Wagon with a Cummins 3.9 L

Legacy Classic Trucks built this 1943 Dodge Power Wagon at their company in Driggs, Idaho. In the engine bay they swapped a 3.9 L Cummins 4BT turbodiesel inline-four which is kept fed by a 50-gallon tank. Backing that is a GM 4L85E four-speed automatic transmission. A NP205 transfer case with 3:1 Lomax gears sends power to eight-lug axles with air locking differentials. The Power Wagon rides on Bilstein shocks with four-wheel disc brakes. The body is painted in mint green paint with a wood bed. Under the black fenders are beadlock wheels with Continental 40-inch tires. On the inside you find black power seats, power windows, Vintage Air AC system, and modern gauges. The truck found a new home thanks to Mecum.
