Vasily Builds has spent the last year building a unique Sebring-Vanguard Citicar. These small cars were originally built in 1974-1977 with a GE series electric motor and lead-acid battery pack. Vasily Builds took his in a different direction. In the back of his car is a 1.3 L inline-four and six-speed sequential transmission from a Suzuki Hayabusa. That is supported by a modified Protolite Racing tubular subframe typically used in off-road buggy projects. Up front is a custom double-wishbone front suspension. Vasily put a lot of work into this project and you can watch it all in the full build series here.
