This 1967 MGB GT rolled into BMC British Automobile in Isanti, Minnesota for a makeover. The company started by stripping it down to a shell and repairing rust damage. The body was leveled and coated in fresh “Riviera Blue” paint. In the engine bay they pulled the B-Series inline-four and swapped a 3.4 L L32 V6 from a 1995 Camaro. The V6 produces 160 hp and 200 lb-ft (271 Nm) torque and is paired to a BorgWarner T5 five-speed manual transmission from a Ford Thunderbird. In the back they installed a late-model rear end with a 3.07 or 3.31 ratio. BMC rebuilt the suspension and front disc brakes. In 2023 the car sold on Bring a Trailer for $52,067.
