When Viking Performance wanted to transform their 1971 Camaro into the ultimate Pro-touring machine they turned Dick’s Hot Rod Shop in Lakeville, Minnesota. There the company built a custom chassis with a full independent suspension, Viking’s double-adjustable coilovers, and Alcon brakes. Under the carbon fiber sits a NASCAR SB2.2 V8 converted to fuel injection using an Infinity 508 ECU. The drivetrain consists of a G-Force GSR four-speed dogbox connected to a Winters quick-change IRS rear end.
