RWD Integra with a Mid-Engine NSX V6 Update 2

Published in engineswapdepot.com

Speed Science set out two years ago on an ambitious build they call ProjectX. The goal was to install a Honda NSX powertrain into the back of a Honda Integra. It didn’t come easy but the talented mechanics from Auckland, New Zealand managed to convert the FWD car to RWD using a 3.0 L C30A V6, six-speed manual transmission, and NSX subframe. Since our previous update the team suffered an engine failure. Unfortunately an issue with the oil system caused significant damage. Determined to forge ahead, they purchased and installed another C30A V6. Then it was off to the dyno to dial it in. The engine is still suffering issues with the throttle bodies but rest assured Speed Science will get it sorted.
