Four-rotor Powered Boat is Coming Back

The first article we wrote about Peter and Gary Huijs’ turbocharged four-rotor powered jet boat was back in June 2014. After racing the boat in New Zealand it was sidelined for a while. Team Huijs Racing just announced they are bringing the boat back.

The boat was powered by a custom 2.6 L 26B four-rotor built by Pulse Performance Race Engineering. Thanks to a large turbocharger the engine produced 1,300 horsepower and could reach 0-75 mph in under two seconds. You can see some of that power on display in the video below.
