Jeep Rubicon with a HEMI V8
This 2013 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon was built by Cleveland Power and Performance in Columbia Station, Ohio. The project started when the Jeep suffered flood damage and Cleveland Power and Performance decided to rescue it. The factory V6 engine was replaced with a 6.4 L Gen 3 HEMI V8 from a 2013 Dodge Charger SRT-8. The engine produces 470 horsepower and 470 lb-ft of torque. The rest of the drivetrain consists of a Getrag six-speed manual transmission, 4:1 transfer case, Dana 44 diffs with 4.10 gears and electric lockers in front and back. Cleveland Power and Performance is proud to say there were no kits involved with this swap. Every component needed to fit the V8 and six-speed were custom built in-house.
