A BMW M6 E63 is being converted into a rotary monster by Quinton Meyer in Pretoria, South Africa for owner Zweli Petse. In the location that used to hold a 5.0 L S85 V10 will now be home to a custom built 3.9 L six-rotor engine running on a Microtech LT16 EFI system. Behind the engine will be a HGT Precision six-speed sequential transmission. No word on what the engine will produce but the six-rotor “6B” engine built by Pulse Performance Race Engineering produced 813 horsepower and 530 lb-ft of torque to the wheels.
If you wonder how a six-rotor sounds then watch these.
