This is Doyle Thomas’ 1951 Ford Club Coupe he had built by Rutterz Rodz in Bristol, Tennessee. While there the car had every component upgraded with modern tech. Handling was improved with an Art Morrison PROfile chassis, Art Morrison Mustang II front suspension and triangulated four-link rear suspension. The drivetrain was upgraded to Shelby GT500 supercharged 5.4 L modular V8 which produces 600 horsepower, a Tremec six-speed transmission and a Ford 9″ rear end with LSD and 3.70 gears.
