This 1973 AMC AMX Javelin was built by Powerhouse Customs in Proctorville, Ohio. The car is called Bad Intentions because Powerhouse Customs absolutely had no intentions of keeping things stock. The front crossmember and suspension was upgraded to a Control Freak Suspensions’ AMC IFS system with QA1 coilovers and Wilwood brakes. The polarizing decision on this project is the 6.2 L LS3 sitting under the hood producing around 420-430 horsepower and 420-430 lb-ft of torque. Behind that sits a Tremec T-56 Magnum six-speed transmission. Phase two of the project includes a custom interior which will be debuted on the Hot Rod Power Tour and SEMA in 2016.
