This 1957 Fiat 500 Nuova project was completed by a single owner five years ago. The car rides on a custom tube chassis with a ten-point roll cage. The engine is a 2.5 L Subaru EJ25 (probably EJ257) that has been upgraded with T3/T4 turbocharger, Bosch 500 injectors, and twin Pierburg fuel pumps. Running off a Greddy Profec B-spec II boost controller and an EMS Stinger ECU, the engine produces 300 horsepower to the wheels. The engine is connected to a Porsche G50 LSD transaxle via a Kennedy Engineered Products adapter and then is connected to a pair of Porsche 930 CV joints. The Fiat runs a 11.99 sec quarter-mile at 116 mph.
