Nissan R33 with a Twin-turbo Mercedes V12
Christian Jæger is a driver for Unique Racing drift team in Denmark. In the previous season Christian drove his Nissan R33 with the factory 2.6 L RB26. However for the new season he decided to changes things up by sending the car to FUBAR Racing to have a M120.980 V12 from a Mercedes W140 600SE installed. On top of that the engine will run two turbochargers and water/methanol injection. The engine is currently producing 649 horsepower and 663 ft-lb of torque which I assume is being kept there for dependability or because they just haven’t time to up the boost and tune. To have enough room for the huge engine and turbos the radiator has been moved to the back. The V12 is connected to a Skyline dogbox transmission via an adapter made by Christian. I can’t wait to see this monster out on the track.
