Nulon and Impossible Fabrication recently finished their Civic project car. They started with a 1992 Honda Civic and replaced the factory engine with a 2.0 L SR20DET from a Nissan S15 and converted it to RWD. They found the entire S15 with rear end damage was cheaper than a B18C motor. Besides using the drivetrain they also used the front and rear strut towers and the full wiring harness from the S15. You can read the entire seven part build here.
