Anytime a project mixes manufacturers it runs the risk of upsetting some. Tommy Pike of Tommy Pike Customs doesn’t seem concerned with any of that. His Quaker State sponsored 1969 Ford F-100 runs a supercharged LSA V8 from a Cadillac CTS-V. The supercharger runs a bigger pulley to increase the boost to 20 psi and horsepower to 800. The truck has also been upgraded to all wheel disc brakes and independent suspension.
This video deals with Tommy Pike’s story as well as the truck. The part about the truck starts at 3:00.
