With tons of cash ($250K) they will build you a quad powered by a 3.0L Ferrari V8. The engine is connected to a BMW M3 sequential gearbox and uses the injection system from two sport motorcycles. The engine only produces 250 horsepower but they say it will get this monster up to 200 MPH. I dare someone to prove this true.
