Bad Obsession Motorsport released an update on their Escargot project. It has been five years since the last one. The motorsport duo are converting a 1986 Ford Cargo 7.5-ton bus into a RV and hauler to transport their Project Binky to the track. In the previous updates Bad Obsession Motorsport swapped the factory Ford Dorset/Dover 6.0 L diesel inline-six with a Cummins 3.9 L ISB 16v diesel inline-four. The team also swapped the factory four-speed transmission and axles for a ZF five-speed transmission and 2006 DAF LF45 axles. The video below recaps previous work before the tenacious team works on removing the 2791 lb (1266 kg) body off the chassis.
