Porsche 944 with a turbo 2.2L Audi inline-five

Adam Beard from Twin Engine Corsa visited Anglesey Circuit for a ride in a special Porsche 944. The green sports car is no longer powered by a M44 inline-four. Instead it has a turbocharged 2.2 L Audi 20v inline-five making 300+ hp. Behind that is a torque tube transmitting power to a Porsche 944 Turbo S five-speed manual transaxle with a limited-slip differential. The car also features CompBrake front brakes, Boxster Brembo rear brakes, and a fiberglass front. The owner plans to swap to a twin-plate clutch and Porsche 968 transaxle.
