1970 Camaro with a Supercharged LSA V8

Rutterz Rodz built this 1970 Camaro and became a 2018 Goodguys Muscle Machine contender and Goodguys Autocross car. It is powered by a supercharged 6.2 L LSA V8 capable of 556 hp and 551 lb-ft of torque. The motor features forged steel crank, forged rods, Hypereutectic aluminum pistons, 1.9 L supercharger, Concept One accessory drive, and Ultimate longtube headers. A Tremec T56 six-speed manual transmission sends power to a Ford 9-inch rear end. Rutterz Rodz upgraded the 2nd-generation F-body’s handling with a Detroit Speed front subframe, JRI 4-link rear suspension, and Wilwood disc brakes. The classic exterior received Arctic White paint with silver stripes and a set of custom Wheelsmith wheels. Paul Atkins completed the blue interior accented by a polished steering wheel, white shift knob, and custom Classic Instruments gauges. The car was sold at Mecum for $247,500.
