2009 Infiniti M35 with a LS3 V8
Stephen Dorrick built his 2009 Infiniti M35 S as the ultimate daily driver at his company LOJ Conversions in New Jersey. Under the hood is a 6.2 L LS3 V8 with an upgraded camshaft and FAST LSX intake manifold. It produces 440 hp (323 kW) to the wheels. Stephan installed the motor using the LOJ Conversions swap kit and their exhaust headers. A 6L90E six-speed automatic transmission transmits power to a Q45 rear end with a Quaife limited-slip differential and 2.76 ratio. Stephen upgraded the sedan’s handling with custom Fortune Auto 500 series coilovers, Eibach R35 front sway bar, and Eibach 370Z rear sway bar. He improved braking with 370Z Akebono four-piston front calipers and two-piston rear calipers. Covering those are a set of TSW 19×9.5-inch wheels with Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires. Stephen and his LOJ Conversions team spent a lot of time working on a CANBUS translator that allows the factory gauges and automatic shifter still function as expected. Even the manual mode works with the 6L90 transmission.
