Iroko Industries specializes in VW and Audi motor swaps and performance parts. When the company started building their Scion FRS for drifting, they chose not to work with the factory FA20 flat-four. Instead they installed a turbocharged VR6 (12v) and Nissan CD009 six-speed manual transmission using their swap kit. Iroko Industries offers engine mounts, oil pan, sway bar relocation mounts, driveshaft, transmission mount, flywheel, clutch, and adapter plate. The VR6 in the FRS features a factory longblock boosted by a Pulsar 6262 turbocharger. The result is 450 hp (330 kW) to the wheels. Iroko Industries upgraded the suspension with Silvers adjustable coilovers and FDF Mantis angle kit.
