This Volkswagen 1303 (Beetle) was built by Memminger in Germany. The convertible is powered by a 2276 cc Type 4 flat-four and Porsche five-speed manual transaxle. The motor produces 175 hp (128 kW) and 270 Nm (199 Nm) of torque. It features a forged crankshaft, H-beam rods, aluminum Nikasil cylinders, stainless steel exhaust, carbon fiber fan shroud, and dry sump system. The car rides on Bilstein shocks and four-wheel disc brakes covered by Porsche Fuchs wheels (16×6, 16×7). The interior features heated Recaro leather seats and leather sun visors, door panels, and dashboard. Behind the wooden steering wheel are gauges in a carbon fiber panel.
