From The Reels – Building the 1996 Porsche 993 GT1

If there's one company known for their Le Mans wins, its Porsche, and deservedly so. Following an immense string of victories in the 1980s with the 956 and 962, and a final victory with the 962 in 1994, Porsche was ready to move on to a new chassis.  As recent as "1996" may sound, it's more than 20 years ago - thankfully, the team at Porsche documented the process, and we're able to look back and follow along.
