The board at the Simeone Museum has announced a demo day event this weekend that will be a tribute to “The Flying Mantuan,” Tazio Nuvolari. The Simeone Foundation cars scheduled to be at the event will be the 1933 Alfa Romeo 8C 2300 Monza, the 1926 Bugatti Type 35, the 1934 MG K3 Magnette, and the 1929 Alfa Romeo 6C 1750 SS. This is a great chance to see these cars up close, while discussing the amazing feats of the legendary racer.

The event will take place September 28 at the Simeone Foundation Automotive Museum in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Tickets are still available, and the event will include a scrutineering technical learning session, Demo Day discussion and Q & A with Dr. Simeone, a driving demonstration of the featured cars, and an hour of inspecting and photographing the cars while engaging with the Simeone staff and volunteers. The board at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway Museum is featuring an “Over the Ropes/Under the Hood” event in October.
