Brief history: As you may know, 1968 was the last year Ford Mercury built and sold the M-100 truck in Canada only, with just 300 built Nov-Dec 1967. Because of its legendary straight six engine, for lucky owners, the M-100 truck was an enduring workhorse for decades, as such, most owners drove them to the ground. Therefore because there were so few built yet were such beneficial gutsy trucks, few have survived, leaving scarcely any to become collectibles!
