From the seller’s description:

1970 Porsche 914-6 “Sixer”

Documentation dating back to first owner “Michael Myers”. Tangerine Orange over Black, this awesome and updated 914-6 has been owned by PCA members the last 4 decades. Updating was done by the third owner and former President of the Chicago region PCA. Included is a hand written notebook detailing the work he did to the car, covering from 1974- 1999!

2.7L engine with mild Garrettson cams, euro Carrera pistons and liners and Weber 40mm carburetors. 19 row Earls oil cooler installed in the bulkhead with Troutman oil thermostat. 914-6GT style engine lid.

911SC brakes front and rear, 19mm master cylinder and Holbert brake cooling kit on front brakes.

Koni rally shocks in the front and rear, 19mm sway bar and Turbo tie rods. The body has Weltmeister stiffener kit, trailing arm stiffener kit, rear shock tower brace welding in and fiberglass front and rear bumpers and rocker panels.

BBS wheels and 3 outlet sport muffler which allows capping of the main exhaust for quieter driving. Racing 914 drivers seat with Rupert 5 point driver and 2 point passenger seat belts. Racemark steering wheel is also in place. The body was completely stripped and refinished in the late 80’s with all rubber seals replaced.

Overall the condition is good and I have found no rust. My description is believed to be accurate based on the documentation from previous owners, it’s the buyers’ responsibility to verify. This is a mild outlaw with tasteful updates that is an absolute blast to drive. Lastly, I would at least recommend new seat belts and tires before driving as both are older and safer options are available.
