Published in

Bewinged 1977 Kelmark for sale on From the seller’s description:

One of a kind, handcrafted by a 7-time midget / sprint car champion / hall of famer. To others it is known as the ‘Wonder Car.’ This unique 2-seater, street legal eye catcher is a highly modified 1977 Kelmark, beautifully displayed in all its glory with a torch red paint job, mock knock-offs imported from New Zealand, and headlight covers. The adjustable torsion bar delivers a ride like a Cadillac and handles like a Corvette. When it comes to stopping, the disc brakes will make the Weld wheels and good condition tires stop on a dime.

Under the hood sits a V-8 377 ci Chevy engine dressed in chrome and stainless steel accompanied with a 4-speed independent rear suspension transaxle with cooler and coils. The 4-core radiator with dual thermostat controlling fans provides piece of mind cooling. It’s equipped with two 10-gallon gas tanks and has been professionally wired from stem to stern.

The split windshield tilts to the middle to provide easy entry into a pleasing interior with 5-point seat belts. Sitting inside the car, you will be amazed with a full set of Stewart-Warner gauges, ‘I-did-it’ tilt steering column, interior lights, cigarette lighter, and 3 glove compartments (2 hidden and 1 locked).

Extra bonus this car also comes with a spring car wing which mounts on the roll bar and tilts with electric actuator that can be used for advertising at the local track, grand opening of a local business, or whatever else your entrepreneur mind can imagine! Also includes 2 car covers, extra parts, and all the build books used in creating this one of a kind automobile.

This amazing vehicle only weighs 2,200 LBS (52 percent in front and 48 percent in rear) and has only been driven 25,000 miles.
