This 1996 Corvette coupe is a proven race car with over 25 SCCA races in the log book. It is race-ready for track-day or charity events. The C4 has been newly refreshed and had engine dyno-tuning by ABACUS Machine. The Corvette’s chassis was designed and built by DJ Race Enterprises, owned and operated by retired GM engineer and SCCA racer Danny Kellermeyer. Safety enhancements include: fuel cell, onboard fire-system, Plexiglas rear window, new passenger seat and full roll cage The fresh 350ci 4-bolt small block produces 425bhp. It is fueled by a 750 Holley carburetor, lubricated by an AccuSump oil reservoir system and has a new clutch and new aluminum radiator. The transmission is a ZF 6-speed. Racing wheels are 17” CCW (10”f/11”r). Along with the (4) new Hoosier P315/35ZR17 (R6 compound) tires is a set of rain tires mounted on GM factory Grand Sport wheels. Body upgrades include an APR Performance rear spoiler, front splitter, racing doors/front clip and a new windshield. Many spare parts/components are included with the car along with the SCCA log book and documentation.
