Hemmings Find of the Day – 1941 Graham Hollywood

Published in

Show-winning 1941 Graham Hollywood for sale on From the seller’s description:

This 1941 Graham Custom Hollywood Model 113 has had a complete concours restoration and won First Place, Best of Show, and People’s Choice at the Graham Nationals. We believe this to be the single best example of the model 113 in existence today.

Unlike so many Hollywoods, which have unfortunately been turned into street rods, this Graham has been restored to its original condition. That includes the silver and blue two-tone paint, an original option on both 1940 and 1941 model-year Grahams. The interior is also entirely accurate to the original specs of the Graham Hollywood models.

But why hot rod a Hollywood Graham when the real thing is so fun to drive? The Graham Custom Hollywood’s 120-horsepower engine provided the highest power-to-weight of any prewar American automobile. That engine, combined with the car’s low center of gravity, gives it incredible handling, making it nearly as fast through turns as it is through straightaways.

The photographs provided show that this Graham, which has been stored in a climate-controlled facility and shown only a few times since its restoration, is a flawless, impeccably detailed car.
