Craig Gibson shared with us a recent video of his LSxSorento smoking the tires at Fatman’s Invasion burnout competition. The mid-sized SUV really impressed everyone there until a bearing cap went and allowed the driveshaft to destroy the transfer case. If you don’t remember from our previous article, Craig’s 2007 Kia Sorento runs a 6.0 L LY6 V8, 6L90E six-speed automatic transmission and Jeep NP231 transfer case. Full project stats below.

2010 Camaro Ls3 water pump (to clear t-body and VVT cover)

Custom billet aluminum transmission/transfer case adapter by B&B Precision Products

LS2 GTO headers (modified for 3″ V-bands)
Dual 3″ exhaust
Magnaflow X-flow muffler

SpeeedHut gauge package (All FreedomCAN Series except for the Tachometer, it is a Revolution Series)
