What’s your modern love?

In the May issue of Hemmings Motor News we’re running a feature called Modern Classics, focusing on vehicles from the 1980s, 1990s, and 2000s.

When I asked the hardworking HMN staff to come up with a list of 12 cars or trucks per decade that we should profile, the response was nearly as enthusiastic as when it’s somebody’s birthday and there’s sheetcake in the office. Apparently there’s love for later-model cars among us.

So below for your consideration is the working list of our faves from each decade. (Some with years some without, but this is literally our shared notes.)

What I’m really curious about though is what you, Hemmings Daily faithful, consider to be Modern Classics from the 1980s, 1990s, and 2000s? Particularly if they’re not on our list. Let us know in the comments.
